Croydon Council is introducing one hour’s free parking on street bays near shops in nine of the south London borough’s district centres.
The new arrangement replaces an existing 30 minutes’ free parking at pay & display bays in Coulsdon, Purley, Sanderstead, Addiscombe, Selsdon, Thornton Heath, South Norwood, Cherry Orchard Road and New Addington.
