Bristol parking permits offered for sale on eBay

A Bristol resident has been discovered attempting to sell visitor parking permits that they had received for free on the eBay auction website.

A book of 25 visitor permits for the Easton and St Philip’s area of the city was placed for auction for £29, plus £3.50 postage.

People living in within the Easton and St Philip’s parking zones are entitled to apply for visitor permits. Residents do not need to own a car to apply for these permits, but need to show that they live...
