Call for better enforcement of disabled parking in Scotland

Holyrood committee looks at impact of Disabled Persons' Parking Places Act

Disabled persons' parking spaces are being routinely abused, eight years after legislation designed to prevent misuse was passed, says Holyrood's local government and finance committee.
