Welsh drivers make overpayments of around £200,000 a year at local authority parking machines that do not give change, a survey by the BBC suggests.
Data collected by BBC Wales from six council suggests that about £650,000 in overpayments was collected at pay & display machines in three years. Rhondda Cynon Taf had the highest proportion of overpayments, £142,122 in overpayments out of £2.9m in parking charges.
