Consultant Arup has settled a lawsuit brought about following the collapse of a company set up to finance, build and operate a toll road in Brisbane, Australia. The Airport Link road company went into receivership in early 2013, seven months after the road opened. Traffic levels were reportedly two-thirds lower than Arup’s forecast.
