The on-going spate of vehicle thefts exploiting keyless entry systems has prompted Thatcham Research to offer security advice to drivers of keyless vehicles.
The advice was released following news coverage of CCTV footage capturing the theft of a car with apparent ease. Chris Pearce-King, from Solihull, has released CCTV footage of three masked men taking his £35,000 Land Rover Discovery from the driveway of his home. West Midlands Police is investigating.
