A system that enables self-driving cars to find empty spaces in covered car parks was honoured at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas.
Parkopedia’s autonomous valet parking was among the honourees at the CES 2018 Innovation Awards. AVP allows cars to park themselves by providing real-time space availability information, enabling parking payments and allowing navigation to a parking space indoors even in parking garages with no GPS signal.
