Yousaf explains mechanics of Scots concessionary fares

Scottish transport minister Humza Yousaf has  explained to MSPs the detailed operation of the country’s concessionary bus travel scheme for older and disabled people. 

Scotland’s national entitlement card gives free travel on registered local and long-distance bus services across Scotland for people aged 60 and over and the eligible disabled. Cardholders can use their passes at any time of day, unlike in England where passes are valid only after 0930.
