With regards to your article on the London Gateway proposals in the last issue ('Harwich upbeat despite Shell Haven go-ahead' LTT 4 Aug): please be advised that the proposed port/logistics development is located within Thurrock and that therefore the highways issues referred will primarily be negotiated with Thurrock Council and the Thurrock Thames Gateway Development Corporation, rather than Essex County Council as referred to (twice) in the article.
