Volvo Cars has launched M, a mobility operation that provides on-demand access to cars and services through an app.
The carmaker says that M will learn about its users' needs, preferences and habits, personalising the customer relationship. M is developing proprietary learning technology that asks users about their specific needs instead of just informing them where they can pick up a car.
