A man has been ordered by court to pay more than £6,561 after he admitted using an expired disabled Blue Badge belonging to someone else.
Richard Wellesley-Cole appeared at Croydon Crown Court on 4 July where he admitted five counts of breaching Section 2 of the Fraud Act 2006, Wellesley-Cole, 54, displayed the Blue Badge in his £120,000 Porsche when he parked at two sites in Croydon.
