Judicial chiefs have removed a magistrate from her role after she was caught misusing a Blue Badge.
Margot Conyers JP, who heard cases in North Yorkshire and West Yorkshire, had been the subject of a complaint to the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office (JCIO).
A JCIO spokesman said Lord Chancellor David Gauke and Lord Chief Justice Lord Burnett had found Miss Conyers’ actions to be “incompatible with holding judicial office”.
