Brockton Capital, owner of the Mailbox shopping, office and lifestyle destination in Birmingham, has agreed a 35-year lease with Q-Park.
Following a competitive tender process, Q-Park was appointed by Mailbox to manage the 687-space car park on a 24/7 basis.
