Hertfordshire-based automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system manufacturer RoadPixel has been acquired by Vaxtor Technologies.
The move will see Vaxtor relocate its international headquarters from Spain to the UK. The combined Vaxtor and RoadPixel operation will be renamed Vaxtor and will work in strategic markets such as security, parking, traffic, safer cities and critical infrastructure.
