Black Country councils invest in average speed cameras

Average speed enforcement cameras are to be installed on local authority roads in the Black Country. 

The cameras will be implemented in the four council areas – Wolverhampton, Walsall, Sandwell and Dudley – under a collaboration between the councils,  the West Midlands Combined Authority, West Midlands Police and the area’s Police and Crime Commissioner.
