Civil enforcement agency Rundles has been acquired by JBW Group. Rundles, which is based in Market Harbourgh, Leicestershire, was established in 1992 and has 90 local authority clients.
Tom Gover, Rundles’ chief executive, commented: “This acquisition was the ideal opportunity to provide informed investment and operational support to accelerate the achievement of our business strategy.”
