A city centre car park in Gloucester could to be converted into a conference centre.
The Longsmith Street car park, which has 300 spaces, will be transformed Dowdeswell Estates, a company currently refurbishing the Fleece Hotel which sits behind the car park.
The car park is part of the parcel of land Gloucester City Council has plans to transform along with the historic hotel on Westgate Street.
