One of my lightbulb moments coming into this great job has been that shared mobility is seen by most people through a services lens. The focus is on the bikes, the cars, etc; then on who is going to use them; where they will do that; when; and so on. This is all very understandable and necessary. If you did not focus on those things, you would not have a successful shared mobility system on your hands. 

But these aren’t the only things to focus on. There’s the infrastructure...
