BBC looks at off-street parking provision for Blue Badge holders

National Car Parks (NCP) should do more to improve levels of accessibility across its London estate, an investigation by the BBC suggested. Journalist Martyn Sibley made a film for Inside Out London that followed up complaints that the parking company is letting down disabled motorists due to bad access, not enough spaces and lack of accurate information.
