A learner driver who killed a man by running him down following an argument in a South Wales car park has been jailed for five years.
Timothy Higgins, 22, drove into Christopher Gadd, 48, in Sainsbury’s car park in Pontllanfraith on 4 March.
Cardiff Crown Court heard that Higgins had shown “no remorse”.
Higgins will concurrently serve five years for manslaughter and two 12-month sentences for driving without a licence and insurance.
