A man hit his neighbour after a long-running dispute about private parking escalated, Swansea court heard.
The dispute around parking on Havard Jones Close in Penrhiwtyn, Neath led to Anthony John, 68, punching his 66-year-old neighbour, who was left lying on the ground. John then returned to cleaning his car after the fracas.
