More local authorities have announced contract awards for e-scooter rental schemes under the DfT’s trial programme.
Liverpool City Council has chosen Swedish firm Voi for a trial that is expected to see 300
e-scooters provided in Liverpool city centre. The launch may take place in the week commencing 5 October though the recent tightening of Covid-19 restrictions in the area could disrupt the timetable.
