The City of London Corporation is to study the feasibility of exempting local residents from the zero emission street restrictions implemented on Beech Street in March. Only zero emission vehicles are allowed to use the covered sreet in what is thought to be the UK’s first such scheme. Exemptions apply for vehicles accessing off-street premises.
