The North Essex Parking Partnership (NEPP) is to pilot remotely enforcing parking restrictions around schools using cameras. The scheme, known as Park Safe Schools, uses cameras to improve road safety at the school gates and tackle dangerous and illegal parking outside schools.
The scheme follows the introduction of attended CCTV enforcement of school parking Cardiff, Derby and Southend.
