Plans for the first phase of a £37m project to convert an NCP car park in Derby into apartments has been given the go ahead.
Elevate Property Group has got the go-ahead for Phase 2 of its Liversage Street scheme, which will bring forward 178 flats across a five- and seven-storey building in the Castleward area of the city.
The scheme has been designed by BDP Architects, with input from BACE Construction Consultants and planning advisers Ridge & Partners.
