A driveway dispute between homeowners has seen a tree being cut in half, vertically.
The row has taken place in Waterthorpe, Sheffield.
Bharat Mistry said his neighbours complained that pigeons nesting in the evergreen were dirtying his drive.
Mistry’s said the couple next door first asked for the tree to be removed last March.
The neighbours discussed trimming the tree back or installing nets to prevent birds from nesting.
