Cheshire East Council has won the top prize in an annual competition that seeks to find the best parking annual reports produced by local authorities.
The awards are run by PATROL (Parking and Traffic Regulation Outside London), and this year recognised annual reports covering 2019/20. Formerly called the PARC Awards, the competition has now been rebranded as Promoting Awareness of Civil Enforcement through Reporting (PACER).
