The number of publicly available electric vehicle charging points has risen 37% in the last year, according to figures published by the DfT.  Around 7,600 additional chargers have been installed across the UK since last January.

There’s also been a similar rise when it comes to new rapid chargers with 33% more than last year, with the number rising by another 1,276. While many EV drivers charge at home and make short journeys. For those wanting to travel further, more rapid chargers...
