Working from home for part of the week has become the norm for some employees, reveals a survey of managers.
The Chartered Institute of Management (CMI) found that more than 80% of manager said their firms had adopted hybrid working. However, organisations’ leaders are actively encouraging employees to return to the workplace, a majority of managers said.
The institute argues that hybrid working represents best practice.
