Number of concessionary bus pass users down since start of pandemic

More than a third of concessionary pass holders say they have used buses less since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, Transport Focus has revealed. 

Two-thirds of those who are using buses less frequently than they were before the start of the pandemic say that this is because they are generally making fewer journeys now, the watchdog found.
