A new guide sets out the business case for opening mobility hubs in rural areas. Hubs encourage use of sustainable travel modes while also improving community spaces, according to the guide, published by England’s Economic Heartland (EEH).
It says that the new guidance will help councils in the region, and further afield, to plan visible, safe, and accessible spaces where public, shared and active travel modes are co-located.
