Opposition to plans for the A27 Arundel Bypass in West Sussex could be stepped up now it has been knocked back by transport secretary Mark Harper’s decision to defer the scheme from Road Investment Strategy (RIS) 2 to RIS 3 (covering 2025 – 2030).
