5,000 ULEZ vehicles scrappage applications have been approved so far

Londoners, small businesses and charities have been allocated nearly £18m so far

Transport for London has so far approved nearly 5,000 applications for a vehicle scrappage scheme launched as part of the upcoming expansion the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ).

The £110m scrappage scheme was launched to support smaller businesses, sole traders, charities, Londoners on lower incomes and disabled Londoners in replacing their older, more polluting vehicles with greener options.
