Transport Action Network set to take DfT to court for 'slashing' active travel budget

Campaign group Transport Action Network (TAN) has launched a crowdfund to take legal action against Government for making big cuts to funding active travel projects. 

TAN is arguing that the cuts are unlawful and will have a “domino effect”, impacting on Government promises to protect the climate, improve air quality and level up the country.
