Councils not ready with 20mph maps as change to default limit nears

Many local authorities in Wales have still not placed maps of 20mph exceptions on the Welsh Government’s portal, less than three months before 20mph becomes the default speed limit on restricted roads. Some have yet to commence public consultation.
