Parking restrictions are to be intoduced at Oxford United's Kassam Stadium.
An ANPR system will reduce over-stays and parking by people not using the stadium and its leisure park.
The football club said during all home games the restrictions would be lifted from four hours before until four hours after kick-off.
Outside matchdays parking will be restricted to three hours.
