Higher accident rates on dualled A9 sections raise questions on upgrade

Accident rates in 2023 were higher on dual carriageway sections of the A9 than on the non-dualled sections, raising fresh questions about value for money where expensive and protracted dualling schemes are the official response to safety issues.
