LeBlanc is responsible for leading PayByPhone’s global technology team to support the company during its next period of growth.

A Canadian, LeBlanc joins PayByPhone from Pagefreezer, and brings over 20 years’ executive experience from renowned global companies in the software and mobile marketplaces including Borland, Nokia and Alcatel-Lucent.
