Cumberland Council has asked people to take part in a survey about how they use the car parks in Carlisle and Keswick.
The council took over the off-street parking sites as part of local government reorganisation in April 2023.
Cumberland is looking for opinions about value for money and how the sites could be improved.
Cllr Barbara Cannon said: “Car parking is a really important subject for many people; especially for residents, businesses and visitors.”
