Harlow Council is set to follow other Essex authorities in running an e-scooter trial. Essex County Council has proposed that Harlow runs a trial similar to those in operation in Chelmsford, Colchester and Braintree. It would see publicly available e-scooters appearing across the town for the public to use on a range of affordable prices or subscriptions. The trial is expected to run until at least May 2026.
