Six inner London boroughs have bucked the national trend of road traffic growth over the last decade, according to new data published by the DfT. The volume of traffic (measured in vehicle kilometres) was lower in 2006 than 1995 in Camden, Islington, Lambeth, the City of London, Wandsworth and Westminster.
