Stagecoach and its joint venture partner are close to completing the sale of some of their ‘Saltire Cross’ express coach services in Scotland.
The Competition Commission ordered Stagecoach and Singapore-based ComfortDelGro to divest some services on the Saltire Cross network in May. It ruled that their joint venture, which combined coach operators Scottish Citylink and Megabus, would reduce the level of choice for consumers.
