Public transport needs great ambassadors

Public transport isn’t always an easy sell. For starters it’s not very personal - you have to share it with other people, and many of us don’t like doing that. And it won’t leave from the exact point you want to leave from, at the exact time you want. Many dislike it instinctively in today’s individualistic society, and it’s difficult, perhaps impossible, to win them over.
