Richard Hall has been appointed as the new area managing director of Arriva Scotland West, responsible for 178 buses, over 430 staff and 17 million passenger journeys a year.

A key part of Hall’s job is building local relationships with key stakeholders and customers in Scotland, and working on the planned introduction of statutory quality partnerships (SQPs) in both Paisley and Glasgow.
