City Parking (Glasgow) LLP runs both on and off-street parking for Glasgow City Council. A wholly-owned subsidiary of the city council, it became an arm’s length operation in 2007. City Parking (Glasgow)’s status as a limited liability partnership (LLP) allows it to operate commercially, make its own borrowing arrangements and compete for contracts from other clients.
