DfT rules out early legislation to deliver competition body’s bus market remedies

New legislation to implement the Competition Commission’s proposed remedies for local bus markets won’t be a priority for the Government, the DfT has told the Commission. Meanwhile, bus operators seem distinctly unimpressed with the competition body’s reform plans.
