TRL has acquired consultancy Transport & Travel Research (TTR).
TRL originally bought a minority shareholding in TTR in 2010 but said it would acquire a controlling stake over four years (LTT 12 Nov 10).
TTR, which has offices in Lichfield, London, Nottingham and Bristol, will become a wholly-owned TRL subsidiary.
