The West Yorkshire Combined Authority and City of York Council have updated their West Yorkshire Plus Transport Fund, which could see £1bn of transport infrastructure delivered over the next 11 years.
The original fund, developed in 2012/13, had an estimated outturn cost of £1.7bn, based on a ten-year delivery schedule.
