Drivers can now use the new Apple Watch to pay to park using an app developed for the device by PayByPhone. The parking app was one of 44 authorised for use on the new watch when it went on sale on 24 April.
PayByPhone’s app uses the Apple Watch’s Glance feature to show drivers how much parking time they have left at any given moment. The app allows users to check on their current parking sessions without having to refer to their phone or launching the app.
