Lack of cycling investment decried after spending review boosts roads

A lack of adequate investment for cycling in the latest spending review was criticised in the media, whilst the Government’s ongoing indecision over airport expansion was also slated in the papers, just before a decision to expand Heathrow Airport (or not, as the case may be) was put back by several months.
